These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Animated Numbers app for Wix (the "App"), provided by Estudio CKS ("we", "us" or "our"), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. The App
Animated Numbers lets Wix site owners display numbers that animate when they come into view, with configurable start and end values, steps, speed, prefix and suffix text, animation styles and design options.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on the Wix sites where it is installed, for as long as it remains installed and these Terms are respected. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or any part of it.
3. Plans and payments
The App offers a free plan and paid premium plans. Premium plans are purchased, billed and renewed through Wix, and are subject to Wix's payment, renewal, cancellation and refund policies. Plan features and prices are shown on the App's page in the Wix App Market and may change; any price change will apply from your next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you display with the App, including the numbers, figures and claims shown on your site. You agree not to use the App for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes, or in any way that could damage, overload or interfere with the App, Wix or third parties.
5. Data and privacy
The App does not collect personal data from your site visitors. To work, it receives the basic site information that Wix shares with installed apps under the permissions you approve during installation. We use this information only to provide, support and improve the App, and we do not sell it.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, design and documentation, is owned by Estudio CKS and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep all rights to your own content. Wix and related marks belong to Wix.com Ltd.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the App available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The App also depends on the Wix platform, which is outside our control. For support, write to us at hola@estudiocks.com.ar.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estudio CKS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your site. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
